Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions accurately
- Assist with monthly financial statement preparation
- Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis
- Support tax filing documentation and compliance
- Utilize QuickBooks and accounting software daily
- Participate in internal audit procedures
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP)
