Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing proceduresMaintain accurate financial records in QuickBooksPrepare basic financial statements and reportsReconcile bank accounts and credit card statementsSupport tax preparation and documentationRespond to financial inquiries from team members
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication skills
