Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage general ledger entries
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Support audits by compiling documentation and verifying transactions
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite) for data entry and reporting
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial analysis projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
