Responsibilities
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and filings.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Perform general accounting duties as assigned to support the finance department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
