Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
- Assist with quarterly audits and tax documentation preparation
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Excel for data analysis
- Support month-end closing procedures and journal entries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (May graduates welcome)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting cycles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and QuickBooks
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical detail
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years internship or academic accounting experience preferred
