Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Assist in monthly reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare financial reports and documentation for client reviews
- Support tax preparation activities under supervision
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for financial records
- Collaborate with team to implement new accounting software workflows
- Conduct data entry with strict attention to accuracy and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
