Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing processes including journal entries and variance analysis
- Support tax preparation activities including documentation gathering and form completion
- Conduct audits of financial documents to ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Generate financial reports for management review and client presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Participate in process improvement projects to enhance financial operations efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting software (QuickBooks/Excel proficiency)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
