Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage general ledger entries
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Perform bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data management and reporting
- Adhere to GAAP standards and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
