Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Manage payroll processing and tax documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and Excel
- Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Conduct bank reconciliations and expense tracking
- Collaborate with team on budget analysis and forecasting
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information
- Proactive problem-solving and time management abilities
