Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation
- Support data entry and maintenance of general ledgers
- Help organize and maintain financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members on month-end closing procedures
- Learn and apply basic accounting principles and tax regulations
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Eagerness to learn accounting software and systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
