Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to forecast revenue and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost management
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and financial valuation analysis
- Streamline financial processes using advanced Excel, SAP, and Power BI tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in energy, corporate finance, or Big 4 environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP system expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities to present complex financial insights clearly
- CPA or CFA designation highly valued
