Responsibilities

- Mentor junior associates and develop departmental best practices
- Collaborate with partners to identify tax optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive tax preparation experience
- Expertise in individual, corporate, and partnership taxation
- Proficient with tax software (e.g., ProSystem, UltraTax)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Active Missouri CPA license required
