Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable processing.
- Perform basic financial data entry and ensure accuracy in ledgers.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the senior finance team to identify process improvements.
- Prepare and assist with basic tax documentation as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles.
