Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and accounting software
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting and reconciliations

- Conduct expense analysis and budget variance reporting
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and compliance checks
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll support
- Participate in process improvement initiatives for accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
