Responsibilities
- Perform monthly account reconciliations for bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and invoice verification
- Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation for client reviews
- Conduct data entry in accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite proficiency preferred)
- Support tax preparation activities and documentation organization
- Participate in internal audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- QuickBooks or ERP software experience preferred
