Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations and account analysis
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and vendor management
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules for client engagements
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
- Support tax preparation activities including document organization
- Participate in internal audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (0-2 years experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
