Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Build trust by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining professional service standards
- Balance cash drawers and daily transaction reports meticulously
- Actively contribute to branch sales goals through cross-selling initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- Proficient with banking software and digital transaction systems
- Familiarity with BSA/AML compliance standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
