Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial advice and cross-sell banking products (credit cards, loans, investments)
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with exceptional service standards
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and anti-money laundering protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Utilize digital banking platforms to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
