Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely payroll for 500+ employees using provided software and hardware
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries
- Generate payroll reports and tax filings using company-provided equipment
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams on payroll-related matters
- Implement process improvements using provided payroll systems
- Conduct audits to ensure data integrity across provided platforms
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Proficiency in ADP, Paychex, or similar payroll software
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, garnishment laws, and tax regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Experience with provided timekeeping and HRIS systems preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with provided equipment
- Professional certification (CPP, FPC) highly desirable
