- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessments for loan committee review
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for compliance and early risk detection
- Collaborate with commercial lenders to structure credit solutions
- Stay updated on industry regulations and lending compliance requirements
- Present credit recommendations to senior management with clear rationale
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP, FASB, and lending regulations
- Credit certification (CRCM, CCE, or equivalent) preferred
