Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions monthly
- Support tax filing preparation and documentation organization
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial data management
- Conduct expense audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Prepare client invoices and manage vendor communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting software
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with intermediate spreadsheet skills
- Attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy
