Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and capital allocation
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates to leadership
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and regulatory requirements
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects to support operational improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
