- Prepare financial statements and tax documentation for small businesses
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and banking operations
- Utilize QuickBooks and accounting software for transaction processing
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial analysis projects
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or pursuing)
- Basic proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
