Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Support payroll processing and tax compliance
- Manage client accounts with accuracy and confidentiality
- Learn and implement accounting software (QuickBooks Pro)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
