Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements using GAAP standards
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliation
- Support tax preparation activities including documentation and filing
- Conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial forecasting models
- Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records
- Participate in cross-departmental financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
