Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with precise reconciliation processes
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures with accuracy and timeliness
- Support audit preparation by maintaining organized financial documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry, reporting, and variance analysis

Qualifications
