Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements using GAAP standards
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with NetSuite software
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Process payroll for 50+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Develop Excel-based financial models and variance reports
- Coordinate sales tax filings across multiple states
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (3.0+ GPA)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or full-time experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- CPA exam eligibility or progress toward certification preferred
