Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close procedures, including reconciling general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and provide variance analysis to management.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and tax filings.
  • Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general accounting or financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
