Responsibilities
- Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and credit card statements
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
- Conduct data entry in accounting software (QuickBooks Online)
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Analyze financial trends and prepare variance reports
- Collaborate with tax team during filing season
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
