- Drive R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual budget allocation

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, or sustainable systems
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing R&D budgets
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution preferred
