Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax laws and FLSA regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end reconciliations
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping systems and employee data updates
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and external audits
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
- Act as primary payroll contact for employee inquiries
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar HCM systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of GA payroll tax regulations and garnishment laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
