- Deliver exceptional customer service through accurate transaction processing (deposits, withdrawals, transfers)
- Maintain cash drawer integrity and daily balancing procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while adhering to banking regulations
- Identify opportunities to cross-suggest bank products and services

- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
- Process loan payments and assist with basic account maintenance
Qualifications
