Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed budget reports and assist in the annual budgeting process.
- Develop complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Certification (CPA, CFA, or CMA) is a plus.
