Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including AP/AR processing and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with auditors during annual reviews and tax season
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 8am-4pm)
