Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliation
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-department teams on budget forecasting
- Ensure SOX compliance and maintain financial controls
- Support external audit preparations and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and SOX
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
