Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle accounting duties including month-end closings and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with weekend reporting deadlines
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes with precision
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proven weekend shift availability (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with financial reporting software
