Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures and reconcile financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and process payroll on weekends
- Prepare financial reports and variance analyses for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Optimize financial processes using SAP and Excel
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in SAP, QuickBooks, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
