Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
- Process payroll for clients using QuickBooks Online and ADP.
- Prepare and send monthly invoices and collect outstanding payments.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Prepare basic financial reports and budgets for management review.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to non-financial staff.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
