Responsibilities
- Execute daily/monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger entries
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with real-time payment processing
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheets) with daily pay cycle integration
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial data security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Optimize accounting workflows for daily pay processing efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with daily pay or rapid-cycle processing
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle Financials
- Expertise in month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Experience with Florida state tax compliance
