Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions and reconcile accounts with precision
- Generate financial statements and reports for clients
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles efficiently
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and state regulations
- Utilize QuickBooks/Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with finance teams on budget forecasting
- Provide exceptional client service and problem resolution
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience with daily payroll processing systems
- Valid Florida CPA license preferred
- Ability to work independently in contract role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
