Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping and financial record-keeping for assigned clients
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Process accounts payable and receivable with meticulous attention to detail
- Conduct account reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with tax preparation teams during peak seasons
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to client stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA certification preferred but not required
- Oklahoma City residency preferred for local client support
