The Role:
You will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting our clients' success. If you are an expert in general ledger management and financial reporting, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and timely.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and audits.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and internal controls.
- Provide exceptional support to clients regarding their financial inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
