Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping and reconciliations for client accounts
- Prepare month-end financial statements and variance analyses
- Process accounts payable/receivable with precision
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial accuracy
- Collaborate with senior accountants on complex projects
- Utilize QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong GAAP knowledge and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
- Active CPA license preferred
- Denver-based candidates only (no remote)
