Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field
- 3+ years of credit analysis or underwriting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of credit scoring models and risk metrics
- Credit certification (CRCM or equivalent) preferred
