- Analyze financial statements and creditworthiness of applicants using advanced Excel modeling
- Prepare detailed credit reports and risk assessments for corporate and commercial clients
- Collaborate with senior analysts to structure credit facilities within risk parameters
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal credit policies
- Present findings to credit committee with clear data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial modeling)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and credit risk frameworks
- Certified Credit Professional (CCP) designation a plus
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
