Our 12-week paid training program includes classroom instruction, shadowing opportunities with senior analysts, and progressive responsibility. Upon completion, you'll transition into a full-time role evaluating commercial credit applications, monitoring portfolio performance, and supporting lending decisions that drive our business growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and creditworthiness of commercial borrowers
- Prepare detailed credit reports with risk assessments and recommendations
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for compliance and early warning signs
- Collaborate with lending teams to structure credit solutions
- Stay updated on industry regulations and economic trends affecting credit risk
- Document analysis findings in compliance with internal policies

Qualifications
