You'll work alongside senior analysts while building expertise in credit scoring, financial statement analysis, and portfolio management. Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and creditworthiness during paid training period
- Learn to assess risk factors for commercial and consumer lending
- Master financial modeling tools including Excel and credit scoring systems
- Prepare detailed credit reports and recommendations under mentorship
- Develop expertise in regulatory compliance (FCRA, ECOA, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during training rotations
- Transition to full credit analysis duties post-program completion
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (training provided for advanced functions)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to learn complex financial concepts quickly
- Authorized to work in the United States
