Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and creditworthiness of commercial and individual clients
- Prepare detailed credit reports and risk assessments using advanced analytical tools
- Collaborate with lending teams to structure credit solutions aligned with risk appetite
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and recommend remediation actions for underperforming assets
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes (FCRA, Dodd-Frank), and economic indicators

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required)
- 0-2 years of experience in credit analysis, banking, or financial services (training provided)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of financial statements, ratio analysis, and cash flow forecasting
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
