- Prepare detailed credit memos and reports for loan committees and senior management review.
- Monitor existing portfolio performance and identify potential delinquencies or risks early.
- Collaborate closely with relationship managers to understand client needs and tailor lending solutions.
- Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory standards, bank policies, and internal procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in credit analysis, commercial lending, or a related financial field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial modeling software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
