Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market data to assess borrower risk profiles
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessments for loan committee reviews
- Monitor existing credit portfolios and identify early warning indicators of potential defaults
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to structure tailored credit solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies
- Stay updated on industry trends and economic factors affecting credit risk
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Proficiency in financial modeling and credit scoring methodologies
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and financial functions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Series 7 and/or Series 63 licenses preferred
